Whether a small event or large corporate events, come host your next event with us!

Special events such as meetings, conferences, luncheons, receptions or cocktail parties can be held at the Cardwell Collaborative in the Gayle and Woody Hunt Conference Center and lobby area. The Cardwell Collaborative’s Hunt Conference Center has one large conference room and two small conference rooms. The Center also includes a pre-conference area and can include the lobby area for exhibitor space, registration, etc.

Additional conference rooms and collaborative spaces on the 3rd floor incubator can also be used for break-out sessions or break / staging areas. All conference rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs for presentation projection. Video conferencing is available in some conference rooms. White boarding areas are also available in most conference rooms and collaborative spaces.

Prices vary based on type of event and spaces needed. Individuals or companies leasing space in the Cardwell Collaborative or with memberships receive discounts for events.
