The MCA campus is home to the borderland’s only academic health sciences center, which is helping to expand the region’s capacity for delivering health care by producing physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.

Additionally, the MCA Foundation and its subsidiary companies are leading the effort to expand the region’s biomedical industry through research and innovation, product development and the incubation of startup companies.
