Devise Product Realization Hub is a program of the MCA Innovation Center located inside of the Cardwell Collaborative Biomedical Incubator in El Paso, Texas. Devise will assist in the design and development of medtech and ISO 13485 certified products and successfully integrate them within the quality manufacturing ecosystem in the El Paso region.
Devise is designed to support anyone within the product development lifecycle, including innovators and startups as well as established manufacturers and suppliers, free of charge.

All individuals and existing businesses including startups, suppliers, and manufacturers who are working on developing a product or trying to improve internal development processes are highly encouraged to apply.
Participating individuals and / or companies must be located within the U.S. or have existing business operations within the U.S. Participants are also required to comply with requests for information and data which are outlined in the program agreement provided upon applying.
Upon applying, participants will work with the program staff and partners to determine the timeline and frequency of trainings that are most appropriate to meet goals and milestones.
Applications open on September 15, 2021, with training and services beginning on October 1, 2021. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. However, limited spots are available.
All services are provided free of charge through October 31, 2022. However, limited spots are available.

This program is funded through the SPRINT Challenge Grant provided by the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration.
