We have the technology infrastructure you need for a hassle-free move out of a university lab into a well-equipped space.

Equipment

Our lab equipment includes a cryostorage freezer, fume hoods, a refrigerated centrifuge, a sterilizer, and a -86 ultra low freezer. You’ll also have access to technology such as 3D printing and a furnace for curing plastic.

Leasing

Leasing options include open benches as well as private wet and dry lab spaces. We will handle your lab safety needs, including lab-safety training, waste removal and appropriate disposal. View Levels

Safety

Safety is of paramount importance in our Bio Safety Level 2 facilities. No animal research projects will be accepted. Our Laboratory Safety Program was developed in collaboration with Inspirion Biosciences, a firm from Maryland that specializes in multi-tenant lab buildings. Elements include having an Environmental Health and Safety Officer; forming a lab safety committee; creating a lab Compliance Manual; initial and ongoing training; an auditing and monitoring plan; methods of communicating problems and non-retaliation policy; disciplinary measures for violations; corrective action planning and implementation.
