Office & Meeting Space

Located in the Cardwell Collaborative building, the MCA Innovation Center offers the office space and amenities that meet the needs of startups and early-stage companies. We offer three office membership levels – community desk, dedicated open office and private office. With your membership, you’ll get access to a state-of-the-art media room and conference rooms, including four hours a month usage of our large conference room. Our space facilitates interaction and collaboration.

Office Leasing Levels

  • One hour per month, on-site start-up business consulting (by appointment)
  • Wi-Fi Internet
  • Unlimited use of small conference rooms (with reservation)

  • B&W and Color Printing and Scanner (3 cents per page B&W, 7 cents per page Color)

Community Desk

All the amenities of Membership PLUS:

  • Daily use of any available open desk
  • One use of large conference room per month (up to 4 hours. Reservation required)
