Up to 80% of clinical trials experience delays due to difficulties with site enrollment. These delays are primarily caused by slow patient recruitment, which affects timelines and budgets.

If you are an investigator site conducting clinical trials in West Texas and Southern New Mexico we are here to help you with your trial recruitment and enrollment efforts. Here’s how.

High Enroll

Local investigator sites can begin simply by entering their trials into High Enroll —an open-access mobile IT platform and MCA’s partner for the CTn program. High Enroll centralizes our region’s trial information (provider -facing) and makes it easier for our region’s healthcare providers, researchers/ innovators, and sites to be aware of, share, and engage in clinical research. The more our region’s investigator sites collectively choose to use the High Enroll platform, the easier it will be for our entire geographic region to know what trials are being conducted and who to contact should there be an interest.

Patient Enroll

Local participants and the general public can also keep track of the trials sites conduct via Patient Enroll . Patient Enroll contains IRB approved patient facing information derived directly from the High Enroll APP. The Patient Enroll APP also makes it easier for our community and general public to be aware of, share, and engage in clinical research. No special passwords or logins required.

Tap our CTn Ambassador network (healthcare providers and community health workers) to help you build awareness about the active trials you are conducting and who to contact should there be an interest. Here are a few ways we can help:

  • Email the MCA your IRB-approved flyers or public-facing advertisements you want distributed at local events.
  • Join CTn Ambassadors at local events to co-market your open-enrollment trials.
  • Publish provider AND patient-facing IRB-approved information via the High Enroll and Patient Enroll mobile IT platform to maximize your site visibility and trial enrollment.
  • Tell us more about the provider network you are looking to target, and we will help you generate a targeted email list to conduct strategic outreach campaigns campaigns via High Enroll.

  • Share trial and investigator feature stories you would like the MCA to highlight via our online channels (newsletter and LinkedIn) and via the CTn network.
  • Notify the MCA of clinical research positions or internships you are looking to fill and would like MCA to highlight via our social media channels and CTn network.
  • Contact Michaele Linden Johnson, MBA FACHE, Sn. Director Clinical Trials & Business Development michaele@mcamericas.org to discuss other ways we can be of assistance.
