High Enroll - a mobile IT clinical trial recruitment platform and MCA partner for the CTn program, reduces the barriers to clinical trial recruitment. Our CTn Ambassadors are trained to find and share trials via the platform.
Clinical Trial Flip Book - A 10-page printed spiral-bound presentation CHW’s can use in the field or at community events to educate the public about clinical research. The flip book contains information about clinical trials, the impact of trials on health and health equity, common misconceptions, risks, and benefits, and how to find and search for local trials should there be an interest.
Clinical Trial Flyers – printed IRB-approved flyers concerning local trials will be forwarded to CHW CTn Ambassadors to distribute at local events.
Survey Journal – CHWs are encouraged to record their impact and interactions with the community via an online survey journal. Their feedback will help MCA staff to track the collective impact the CTn Ambassadors are having and to utilize the feedback for continuous process improvement.
Rio Grande Corridor Clinical Trial Site Directory - CTn Ambassadors also have access to the Rio Grande Corridor Clinical Trial Site Directory, where they can find the URLs of local investigator sites and learn more about the trials they are conducting. Download our site directory here for a list of Rio Grande Corridor Clinical Trial Sites.
